  Excellent experience! I had a massage with Filipe. It helped a lot in muscle recovery, I became much lighter and with less tension. Professional care and very attentive to the needs of the body. I highly recommend it to anyone who practices sports or simply needs to relax!

  My experience of massage and Reiki with Filipe was excellent. It was most relaxing and he has great knowledge of releasing trigger points, breathing techniques and deep tissue massage. Overall an fantastic treatment. I would highly recommend him and will continue to have regular treatments. The treatment has assisted with better sleeping and an overall feeling of well being.

  I received a massage with Filipe, a Qigong master and also a massager, and I was truly surprised. He managed to unlock my left back and shoulder plate — something I’ve tried to treat with different types of massages and therapies, but without the same result. The experience was unique, I felt an immediate lightness and a deep relief. Philip has a knowledge and a sensitivity that makes all the difference. Congratulations on the excellent work!
