  We rented two bikes for the day from Biketrip whilst we were in Krakow.The bikes ( we selected standard city bikes) were in very good condition.Lucas the owner double check the condition of the bikes before we set off and offered up chains and helmets.The shop is in a very good position for picking up the cycling path by the river for a 10km trip to the monastery at Tyniec ( a lovely easy and flat ride) and also the Old Town.Payment is by cash; there is a ATM/bank a few metres from the shop so no problem.   We had such a good time on our bike tour. Alex was so knowledgeable and it was extremely enjoyable. It was over 3 hours so well worth the money. We would highly recommend.

  As a family of 4 we all loved this! Hard sometimes getting things teenagers enjoy but they thoroughly enjoyed this tour - seeing parts of krakow you wouldn’t normally see.

  We booked e-bikes several months before travelling to Krakow, and the team at BikeTrip were very responsive on both booking and confirming cost. When we were there last week, there was a thunder storm predicted for the day we had booked, but they quickly change the booking to the following day without fuss! The bikes themselves were good, and we took helmets and locks too. One of the bikes developed a glitch shortly after we left, but we went back and quickly got a new one with no fuss. The people were knowledgeable, and recommended some routes to us. We had intended to simply go along the Vistula, but at their recommendation took a detour to a lake, which was fantastic. Our only concern was that one of the guys was a Liverpool FC fan 😉 ;-), but the service was so good, we forgave him that mistake. Thanks guys!

  Great service from BikeTrip, they helped me choose a suitable bike to hire and checked the saddle height was ok and that the bike was good to go. The pricing policy was ideal for the short trip I was making into the countryside (hourly rate, with a cap so there's no risk of excessive daily charges).

  I rent a bike to meet with a friend. No big trip. Very nice way to move in the city during summer. More pleasant and active. Very good bike. Next time to ask about bucket :))

  Great ride bike!!! I recommend!!!The service was excellent, helpful. The price was fantastic. The pathway around the river is nice.
