  We had an incredible golf cart tour of Rome with Mateo and Francesca! They were so accommodating and made sure we stopped anywhere we wanted along the way. Their knowledge of Rome was amazing! they shared so much history and interesting facts while keeping the tour fun and engaging. They took us to some of the best spots in the city, including places we never would have found on our own. Their friendliness, flexibility, and passion for Rome made this one of the highlights of our trip.   During the hot summer, this is a must with kids! We got to see all the famous sights and our kids were having a blast on the golf cart alone! Our guide Lorenzo was great!

  Ask for Francesca! Communication was superb and the tour we had set the stage for an extraordinary visit to Rome. Conversant in all things historical about the city, its architecture and its history, Francesca led us through centuries, both pre-and post Christ to make this one of the quintessential Roman experiences. She anchored us in the geography of this ancient city, shared insights into restaurants, side trips outside of Rome to areas of historic significance and fashionista delights! Traveling with high school graduates just before they leave to go to college I was impressed by there inquisitiveness and interest and attentiveness to the nuances of being a tourist in Rome.

  This tour was a lifesaver during the recent heatwave. We also missed a connecting flight and had limited time in Rome. This tour was the most efficient and enjoyable way for our family to see the sights. 10/10 recommend!

  Be warned - these are scammers! They cut us short of half of the itinerary - refused to reschedule or refund money! After you pay - They just start ignoring you! Now you have been warned! The driver was nice, friendly - but there is nothing he could do - as his boss and owner of the company is only looking to cheat someone

  Francesco was amazing! A true gem in this company!! He was personable, possessed a great sense of humor and was able to help keep us on task. I would recommend him!   Our 3-hour tour last night was cut short at about 2 hours when the golf cart battery supposedly got low. We only saw about half of the 15 stops (missed the Spanish Steps). After the first 1-1/2 hours we could only go at little more than walking speed and the driver Luca claimed he needed to stay within distance of his garage. He appeared to be on his phone working on reimbursement for us or to drive us to another spot the next day (today). He said the tour company would reach out but they never did (they never responded to my pre-trip inquiries either). And today when I texted the driver on WhatsApp for the ride he promised to compensate, he basically ghosted us, saying he had been out late, overslept, and would have to check with the tour company. Thankfully we only bought him a gelato but didn't tip him. I read reviews that appear others had the same experience. I have requested a 50% refund or credit. I would recommend Viator stop doing business with this company. They clearly are a ripoff.

  We booked the tour for a first arrival general tour of the city after a red eye. It was a great idea! Luca was great, picked us up at our hotel, got us everywhere we wanted to go, and found us a restaurant to drop us off to after. He was a lot of fun.

  The tour guide was friendly, but arrived late due to traffic. We were not upset with that. Throughout the tour, little to no history was shared. We also never received bottled water even though we asked several times. The tour said we would stop at a bar to sample Roman specialities, but that did not happen either. We did get gelato at the end, but no food other than that.
