• Two hours south of Tunisia, Douz

  I booked with Team Simba a month before leaving for Tunisia, specifying my needs each time: a room without carpet in Douz, a swimming pool, and absolutely grilled meat without spices. The hotel in Douz, El Mourabi, is absolutely inadequate, unpresentable. Regarding the reservation, neither Simba Travel nor the hotel El Mourabi managed to book me the correct room (without carpet - I’m sorry, but if El Mourabi didn’t have it, Simba should have booked elsewhere). Initially, they told me it was not possible; after insisting, they tried to resolve the issue with an old room without carpet, but after 3 hours, the air conditioning was not working. So, unfortunately, we decided to stay in the room with carpet. Last but not least, bedbugs (of course, I took a picture). Unacceptable, guys. I am completely dissatisfied because you should take into account the customers' requests and provide a service appropriate to what they pay for. The rest of the trip went well, but considering that it costs about €650, the service should be exceptional, not like what you offered. You can find a better experience elsewhere. I am completely dissatisfied because you must consider customer requests and provide the correct service for what people pay. The rest of the trip was okay, but considering around €650, the service must be exceptional, not like what you provided. Perhaps there is a better experience elsewhere.   We lived a 2-day excursion in the Sahara absolutely magical! It was really particularly successful, both in terms of the quality of the circuit and the general organization of Simba Fun Travel but also and largely thanks to our super driver Hsin Benhamra who was of immense professionalism and rare kindness!   Issam is a true professional who exceeded all our expectations by acting as both a driver and an insightful guide. He went out of his way to help us experience the authentic local culture, sharing fascinating history and recommending the best local restaurants and souvenirs. ​What impressed us most was his kindness; he even helped us make phone calls to reserve restaurants for the upcoming days of our trip. He is a deeply considerate person who managed our time perfectly, ensuring this was pleasant and stress-free journey. It was also a genuine pleasure to chat with him, and we were truly honored to be his first-ever group of guests from Hong Kong. We highly recommend Issam for anyone wanting a thoughtful, top-tier travel experience!

  The trip with Simba is highly recommended. The organization of the 5 days we spent with Hsin, our driver,and his brother was excellent.   We had an amazing experience traveling in Tunisia with Simba Fun Travel, and we would highly recommend this agency to anyone planning a trip to the country. A very special mention goes to our guide and driver Hsin, who was absolutely fantastic. He took care of us at all times, drove very safely, and shared a lot of local knowledge along the way. Thanks to him, we stayed in wonderful hotels, discovered authentic local restaurants, and experienced Tunisia in a very genuine and relaxed way. Hsin is extremely professional, kind, attentive, and always ready to help. You can really feel that he cares about his guests and wants them to have the best possible experience.   Hsin has been a wonderful tour guide for us during our three days trip in Sahara. He is an excellent driver and has been very helpful with giving us recommendations and plannings. He is also a great person, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

  Nuestro conductor Hsin Benhamra en Túnez ha sido excepcional. Es un conductor excelente, con muchísima experiencia y un gran conocimiento del país.
