  Our guide Areli was hilarious and wonderful. The pictures came out beautiful and the videos under water were great. Areli is a truly beautiful individual.

  Our guide Alexa was so polite and really took her time with my daughter during the photoshoot and snorkel experience. My daughter turned 9 and for her birthday we did this excursion. I will never forget this memory we made! Thank you Alexa!

  I went with my daughter and to sum up my entire experience I was very disappointed. I never leave a bad review ANYWHERE but this was one I had to share. To begin with they only have adult prices. Secondly, we arrived 45 mins as told and still had to wait around even after our start time. The lady that was assigned to us continuously complained about being tired and hungry and was moving slower than slow. They didn’t have equipment that fit me or my daughter. The description said we’ll be snorkeling and swimming. None of that was done! The instructor simply took a few pictures on my iPhone camera and that was all. The entire “photoshoot” was 15 mins. By far the worst experience ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

  My daughter and I had great fun making our mermaid dreams come true and snorkeling in the protected bay. So many fish and turtles! Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only downside was there were no large or extra large mermaid tails so I had to wear a stretched out small. The company needs to invest in new tails of all sizes.

  Including a mermaid snorkel adventure to a girls trip was a must. Alexa was an amazing guide and took some great pictures and video. Saw some beautiful fish along the nursery area and even glimpsed the turtles. Absolutely recommended!

  On Sunday, July 28, I went on the Mermaid excursion with your company. My granddaughter and my husband were looking forward to this excursion, as your description made it sound like a lot of fun. Your description included: Discover a whole new world under the sea as a mermaid. Enjoy a magical snorkeling adventure with your mermaid guide. Swim with turtles and tropical fish. Get a video of your adventure. The excursion was supposed to be a guided mermaid snorkeling experience in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We were excited to learn how to synchronize, swim, and become the ultimate mermaid. According to the description, we would channel our inner mermaid, pose like Disney’s Ariel on the beach, and learn the famous hair-flip. We expected to swim alongside turtles, colorful fish, and bright coral in turquoise waters. It was supposed to be a unique experience to live out the fantasy of becoming a mermaid. However, we received none of what was described. Instead, my granddaughter took a picture in some trashy water filled with seaweed. There was no snorkeling for my husband or her, and there was no swimming with turtles in turquoise water. Upon returning, we were told it would take about twenty minutes to download the pictures. We walked around and came back in about forty minutes. When we returned, we were informed that it was taking longer than usual to get our video and pictures and that they would be texted or emailed to us. I called when we arrived back at our hotel because I still had not received the videos or pictures. I was told I should not have left without them, but I explained that I was told they would be sent to me. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with the conditions and the false advertisement in the description. I was informed that a message would be sent to the company, as they were third-party vendors. I waited about two hours and called back, only to be told that it was after hours and I would be contacted the next day. The following day, I did not hear anything, so I called back, leading to a day of back-and-forth communication. The next day, I called to request a full refund and mentioned that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company if I did not receive it. About two hours later, I started receiving text messages with a lot of pictures. When I opened the first text, it was of different people who had presumably taken the tour—just a lot of random pictures. I closed the text and called, not wanting to waste any more time on this.
