  An excellent tour. Though the weather was not ideal, Joao’s knowledge of Sao Miguel was exceptional. He was able to reorganize the tour on the fly ensuring that we got to see the most fantastic views.

  It was a rainy, overcast, foggy type of day , which couldn’t be helped. cathia , our tour guide, the expert that she is , rearranged the day according to how the weather was going — and it turned out just fine ! A little rain , a little fog, but we were able to see beautiful sceneries! It was a very fun day! I forgot to give Cathia her tip for being so wonderful ! If anyone knows her number, pls message me! :)

  Joao was a wonderful guide. Funny, and educational. Also a great driver. The tour was lovely, hitting lots of spots in the west. We got cloudy weather on higher elevations spots, but that's not knock on the tour itself. Lunch was amazing with tons of variety, and a surprise because I assumed we were only getting a sandwich. Will definitely travel with them again

  The weather was terrible on the day that we went so we were unfortunately not able to see half of the scheduled stops including the lagoa de fogo. However, Daniel our tour guide was fantastic and tried to make sure we got the most out of our tour and even took us to one extra stop to see a waterfall to compensate for all the missed stops. Lunch was good as well with a lot of variety. It’s a good tour but make sure you pick a sunny day when you go!

  Really good tour of the best viewpoints on the west of the island. Marcio was an excellent guide and full of energy. Nice lunch at a traditional Azorean restaurant. The weather was poor in the morning but cleared up later and we were able to see most of the views.

  The tour covered a lot of area. The guide was very informative. Unfortunately for my tour day the weather was awful. Very foggy in the higher elevations so we missed some of the viewing points.

  I loved the experience, we met spectacular sites, the lagoons and walks were excellent. I recommend. Guia Márcio, accompanied the group very well the group, with good disposition and professionalism congratulations.

  This tour was exceptional and our guide, Bernardo, was top notch and very well informed. A lot of ground was covered across so many amazing sites, but it did not feel rushed in any way. Our guide was personable and very accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna, geologic and volcanic activity, the political issues, and history and cultural nuances. Such an interesting and well read person. Especially enjoyed the authentic Azorean buffet lunch and getting to know the others on our small tour (6 tourists in total). I would not have changed a thing!!!

  Fantastic day with Jaoa! We saw all the sites and he was very knowledgeable. The lunch was very good and had a lot of variety. The van was very comfy!
