5.00Ondrej picked us up at the pier and we took the tram to the city centre. There, Ondrej, who spoke slower considering our English skills, guided us through the museums and galleries that were so interesting to us, of which there are so many in Melbourne. He knew how to tell interesting stories; we felt very well educated and had a lot of fun with each other. A real highlight of our world tour, we thank Ondrej very much for these impressive and entertaining hours. Absolutely recommended!

5.00Had a great time touring the city with Chris. He was friendly and knew all the must-see spots in Melbourne. Chris initially suggested to move the walking tour date as the weather was bad with strong wind and heavy rain, but due to my tight schedule, i requested to go ahead with the tour and he was very understanding. Thanks to him, I managed to see all the great places Melbourne has to offer in such a short period of time.

1.00I booked this tour more than 3 months ago. We were supposed to be picked up from our hotel at 9am. The tour guide GAURAV text me at 8:48 am, just 12 min before meeting us, that the tour is canceled, he was " nice" enough to offer a "verbal" guide with out coming to meet us. That's a real nerve. Could not believe this ridiculous offer. GAURAV - for this I don't need you. Completely unprofessional, giving the company ( CITY UNSCRIPTED)a very bad reputation. No substitute guide was offered. I will never use this company again and suggest to anyone reading my review to think twice before booking with GAURAV or the company he represents. I gave it 1 star, so it will attract the readers attention. That was our only day in Melbourne, needless to say how disappointing it was.
