A. 予約が確定すると、予約番号が発行されます。試合当日、蚕室野球場のセルフサービスキオスクでこの番号を使って紙のチケットを印刷する。

物理的なチケットを印刷する必要があります。予約番号やアプリだけでは入場できません。

キオスクの利用方法はメールで案内し、ガイドブックにも掲載する。

The listing was exactly as described. We got instructions on how to pick up our tickets and they were very thorough. We had a great time! Seats were up behind home plate.

We booked our tickets through Play in Seoul. Our baseball outing was the highlight of our trip to Korea. It is such a joyful and spirited experience - you instantly become a fan of the home team and join in on the chants, the songs and dances. We had a little trouble with getting our tickets at the kiosk but they answered immediately when I called for assistance and helped work out the kinks. Will definitely book with them again.

I was able to easily print out my ticket at the kiosk using the reservation number provided by the seller. Since it was my first time visiting a baseball stadium in Korea, I was a bit worried, but the guidebook had clear photo instructions on how to get the ticket, which made the process super easy. The atmosphere at Jamsil Baseball Stadium was full of energy! I highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to enjoy Korean baseball.
