5.00There was great communication from when I first booked. Clear instructions of where to meet at the cruise terminal and good signage to to see who was our guide/pick-up. Mikael arrived ahead of time at the terminal. We were a party of four, and had the comfortable air-conditioned and spacious vehicle to ourselves. As there was no one else, we tailored the tour to what we wanted. We saw Baku Caves, Kings Palace, National Mosque, Petronas Twin Towers and others whilst also tasting a traditional Malaysian drink . We arrived back at port with plenty of time to spare before departure. Highly recommended and would certainly use again.
