空港へのお迎え：チャンギ空港への到着時に弊社の代表者との挨拶およびホテルへの転送=ご注意：到着転送の最大待ち時間はフライト到着時間から60分です。
各旅行者は最大 1 ～ 2 個のスーツケースと 1 個の機内持ち込み手荷物を持ち込むことができます。
車椅子ではアクセスできません。
特大または過度の荷物（サーフボード、ゴルフクラブ、自転車など）には特定の制限がある場合がありますので、オペレーターにお問い合わせください。旅行前に超過荷物が許容されるかどうかを確認してください。

到着ロビーに船長がいない場合は、HEL のインフォメーション カウンターまでお進みください。

B) 税関および入国審査場への到着または遅延時にUが問題に直面した場合、 pls call Ramsay + 65 96351608 C) 到着ホール に船長が見当たらない場合は、 ヘルプ情報カウンター 。 D) Uが( 午後10時 )以降にシンガポールに到着した場合 : * 追加ミッドナイトチャージ SGD 30 P/VAN / P車両は 到着時にチャージされます。 * お客様は、到着時に APT または HTL で船長に現金を支払う。

1.00The driver could not find the front entrance to the hotel lobby and literally left us around the corner to carry our luggage (at night) and left us to find our own way. Unacceptable!!! He even left the van to make a phone call and we the van. After about 5 minutes sitting in an idling van, we got out and had to fend for ourselves.
