1.00Horrible experience. The instruction provided did not specify a meeting location. I messaged activity provider via Viator which is where I booked the activity and received no response. Instead, the host called me on my Google voice number 6 times without leaving a message. So we had to go the entrance thinking maybe tickets are exchanged at the office, only to find out we did have to meet somewhere else. When we finally found the host, he was yelling at me and cutting me off when I tried to explain I did try to reach out via my booking app. The rudest guide you can ever imagine. He then only scanned the tickets for us and send me 10 audio guide without numbers and left. If scanning tickets is all he does I don’t understand why it can’t be just sent to me via message or email. Oh btw he also told me waiting for me for 30 minutes was a waste of his time and ruined his entire morning. Viola, if you want to pay to get yelled at, this would be the place to go
