  An experience to live, but with WOW Scotland, it was the second time I took a tour with them from Inverness. This one is incredibly well organized, a special mention for Murdoch, also known as Mr. Fabulous, what a storyteller!!! Amazing guy! You can tell that he loves what he does. The hikes are well chosen with the best one, of course, being the ascent to the Old Man of Storr. For the meal, I recommend the lunch offered by Wow Scotland with Isle of Skye Baking Co, fresh sandwich and delicious cake. One word to sum up my experience: breathtaking. If I return to Inverness next year, I will be sure to check their website to see if there are any new tours offered. Kudos to this small family business.

  Wonderfull tour and our guide Murdoch is very good guide, storyteller and driver 👏👏👏 It is a amazing and VERY beautiful tour, with a lot of stop were you can walk and feel the wild natur.

  An incredible experience. The views were stunning but Gordon went above and beyond in catering a truly unique experience. He took us on hikes where no other people were going to and it felt like you had Skye to just your group. And if that wasn’t enough, he is a walking history book and gives you so much detail and insight on the places you see. SIMPLY. THE. BEST. Absolutely worth the full day excursion. “Flash” Gordon is a legend. And Skye…just see for yourself.

  This tour with our "fabulous" tour guide Murdoch was great. He is likable and knows quite a bit about the history of Scotland. I absolutely recommend Wow Tours.

  If you only have one day on the Isle of Skye, love hiking, and want to see absolutely EVERYTHING humanly possible, this is the tour for you. Our guide, Murdoch (aka Mr. Fabulous), somehow managed to be part historian, part storyteller, part mountain goat, and part stand-up comedian. We got the entire Jacobite history, Scottish folklore, local stories, and several Murdoch originals. We took advantage of every chance to get out and walk the Highlands, including making it all the way up to the Old Man of Storr. The scenery was so beautiful. We also stopped in Portree, which looked like someone designed a postcard and then turned it into a real town. Quaint little shops everywhere, excellent coffee and cute local stores. On the return trip we dipped our faces in the Fairy Pools for seven seconds to guarantee eternal youth. 10/10.   This was a great tour, with a chance to walk in and appreciate some of Skye's remarkable landscapes - otherwise difficult to do without your own transport. We had mixed weather (no surprise in the Highlands) which meant adapting plans a bit, but it was still a very enjoyable outing. Our guide Murdoch was outstanding - knowledgeable, helpful and a really talented storyteller who kept us informed and entertained from start to finish - he helped to make this a truly memorable day.

  The guide Murdoch, also known as Mr. Fabolous, ask us if there is something in the tour that is missing, or can be improved. Well, I can't answer to that question, because the tour was far beyond my best expectations. Perfectly conceived, this one day tour of the Skye Island is a constant wonder. 13 hours fly by in the blink of an eye, and every moment is unique and precious. It's not just a tour for tourists; it's an experience organized and led by someone who loves the places they're taking you to and loves to share all the fantastic vibes these places exude with others. Murdoch (Mr. Fabolous) is an incredibly talented storyteller. I found myself listening to his stories like a child, with wide open eyes. I really appreciate all the tour formula, with the right amount of time to spend independently, so that everyone can move according to their own times and needs, but always well advised and directed. I felt like I wasn't on a guided tour, but with a Scottish friend, passionate about his country's history, who showed me all the things he loves about Scotland. All this was enriched by a good dose of hilarious anecdotes. Wonderful experience that I will remember forever.
