  When I arrived I was told I was too old (63) You must be 59 or younger..... I am fit and a PADI advanced diver.... no refund 😕

  Very efficient this guide was excellent. Highly recommend this trip again. Fish and Kole beautiful became this nice, but fairly crowded.

  We had a wonderful snorkeling experience with Maru. She took care of us and gave us an unforgettable experience seeing all the colorful tropical fish and an adventure in the blue cave.

  Did not inform me that the visit to the blue cave was cancelled due to sea changes, even after i checked in. They took us snorkeling for only 20 minutes!! i was expecting to go to the blue cave after the snorkeling- but they took us back to their facility after. then i found out we werent going to the blue cave. ridiculous They didnt provided an english speaking guide either. Forced to drive all the way up from Naha in early morning too. If you read the fine print before you book, apparently there are no cancellations/ reimbursement after you book. Would avoid. Would pay for higher cost activity - to allow for possible cancellation etc.

  수영 하나도 못해도 됩니다. 선생님이 아예 끌고다녀주셔서 힘도 거의 안써도 되고요. 여러 나라에서 스노클링 스쿠버다이빙 해봤지만 이번 경험만큼 쉬운곳은 없었어요. 일본어팀이랑 영어팀이 나뉘는듯 한데 영어로 리드해주는 Aka 선생님 감사합니다. 스노클 고글도 너무 깨끗해서 좋았어요. Highly recommend Aka, very easygoing and friendly guide. Goggles in best condition. Was 100% worth every penny :)

  Amazing experience. Got to see many fish and swim around. Not too crowded so the fish weren’t scared away. Very fun to see then up close and feed them!! Highly recommended.

  Clear direction of the meeting location with free parking. Clear instructions on where to change into wet suit, spacious number of changing rooms and they have gears even for my 4 year old. Love the warm water shower to rinse off sand and sea water after the snorkel. Guide took us to another beach with lots of fishes as the blue cave was restricted due to strong waves. English and mandarin speaking guide lady was very clear on how to use snorkel gears and also sprayed anti fog solution on all our goggles. Free photos provided and we top up jpy3000 for video recordings for our family. Highly recommended!

  Even though we couldn't go to Blue cave due typhoon warnings, the alternative location was very fun and enjoyable. Our guide was really kind and helpful. I totally recommend.

  I didn't get to go into the cave because the waves were too high which was the whole reason I went. They need to make some system that notifies which days you can enter the cave and which days you can't. They offer a free 1 picture option or a 3000 yen multiple pictures and videos option. They should price it higher and just include that in the total price because everyone wants pictures and videos and most people are not going to bring their own gopro.

  This was definitely a must do. We didn’t get to do the Blue Cave as it was high tide. So it took us to a different spot. It was still amazing! Guide was helpful and items were clean.
