  Fantastic all day boat trip. My favorite was snorkeling with sea turtles at Tintemarre. Cool beach stops where the water is really calm and beautiful, Pinel and a little cove at the ladt stop. Great bbq lunch at LOLO on Grand Case. Johan and Junior are great!

• Decent excursion

  Started with confusion about meeting point, early email gave directions but subsequent emails said a different location that was wrong. Further confusion and changes in pricing on arrival made things feel a bit sketchy. Overall, excursion was decent. Saw a turtle and ray and our guides were focused on keeping the drinks flowing. Just felt a bit mechanical.

  Lucas and Johan were the best. They did everything for us to have a blast. They were very nice and making sure that we would be on schedule to see a plane land at Maho beach. I would 100% recommend.

  This was an amazing tour. We did luck out and have perfect weather with calm seas. Captain and deck hand both friendly and professional. Lunch was great. Nice stops for snorkeling and site seeing.

  Went as a family - with 3 teens. We had a wonderful time being out on the boat and spending time on the gorgeous beaches. We snorkeled. Captain Nicholas and Johann were excellent guides. We enjoyed the lunch - I wa relieved that we weren’t served lame sandwiches on the boat or beach and got to go to an authentic island cuisine spot for a delicious lunch.

  We had the best time with Captain Nick and Luca. They were able to get our group of 16 family members all together on 1 boat. They were friendly, attentive and very nice. Always keep us informed on what was next and if we wanted to do more things We opted for lunch and the ribs were delicious Drinks were flowing and we all had a great time. I would definitely recommend Billy Bones Charters to anyone.

  Absolutely fantastic and comprehensive trip around the island. Niko and Johan were superb. This voyage offers stops at all of the top snorkeling spots, an authentic St. Maarten bbq and boatload of history about St. Maarten. Highly recommended. As an aside, we were considering the smaller 2 person little boats that are also available on Trip Advisor. We saw them while we were out and were extremely happy we went with this outfit. This larger boat covers FAR more distance and handles the waves a lot better than those tiny dinghies :)

  Amazing trip, weather was great, snorkeling was great. Captain miguel was super fun, but also safe. Lunch at grand case was amazing!

  It was a fun crew with plenty of drinks. The disappointing points were the shortage of fins for snorkeling and the unexpected extra cash charge of $6 each at the boat for using a credit card through Viator. Several of the other customers expressed their disagreement with the charge. In my opinion this issue should have been between Viator and Captain Flint.

  Sammy and Junior were the best! They gave us a very good tour of the best parts of St. Maarten, both the Dutch and the French sides. Creole Rock was great and teeming with some small and vibrant fish, and Tintamarre Island had a few sea turtles around the area. There was plenty of time to relax throughout the day - just be sure to bring sunscreen and apply often!
