  Really nice excursion, but you should plan longer waiting times at the "Flying Dutchman". But we were standing there easily well over 2 hours...!! But the descent was worth it, with the start being the best. On the other hand, the balloon ring ride is easy to forget and not worth it. Zipline was ok, but not anymore. View but really great!!! Some listless staff.

  This was something I had been waiting over a year for. I went on my 57th birthday. Everything was well organised. The staff doing the ziplines were absolutely brilliant. You get scanned as you go so photos are taken, which is great when your solo. This was something I really wanted to remember so I was happy to purchase photos and a dvd. So onto the computer and nothing. It wouldn't do anything. Everyone was in the same position. Noone could get a picture, we couldn't get onto the system. So I went to the lady in the shop and asked if she could do anything, I got a blank look then a no. And that was that. I told her I wanted a picture and asked if I could do it online. She just ignored me. So I left disappointed. I was gutted, I have very bad health and this was something I may never be able to do again. So all I all. I loved doing everything. No pics for anyone. Very rude ignorant women in the shop.

  This was very disorganized. Not enough tubes for the slide . Waiting 2 hours for the Flying Dutchman . Too many people were allowed in the park and made the experience not enjoyable

  The activities were really fun; the entry line was not. It took 40 minutes of waiting in the hot sun to get to the first ski lift. When you plan your trip, if you aren't part of a cruise ship group, ask when would be the best time to go. I assumed that when I got a timed ticket, entry would be timed. And I guess it was for me and numerous cruise ship busses. Not the day I was imagining. Anyway, take a look at the museum and eat at Emilio's. Great history and fabulous food.
