  Very enjoyable intimate experience, getting away from the hustle & bustle of the main streets, to take some relaxing time out & learn about the wine & cheese from the region. High quality food & drink, and the hosts were exceptionally friendly. I'd go back again.

  This is a great way to get a good sampling of local wines and cheese’s. They had so many different kinds of cheese it was almost too much-almost;) I’m not normally a rosé fan but really enjoyed the one we had. The hosts are so nice and incredibly helpful. It was also nice to stay in one spot, you don’t walk from place to place. We had just flown in that morning and had major jet lag but this was a pleasant way to spend our first evening.   Grand experience, Kelsey & Phillip are friendly and informative and knowledgeable about the local wines and cheeses. We had a great evening sampling Malta wines and cheeses, and chatting with other tourists. Definitely recommend this experience.

  We cannot rate our experience highly enough! We attended the Wine and Cheese tasting as part of my husband’s birthday trip and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The small group setting was ideal, allowing us plenty of time to chat to the other guests and to ask questions. The selection of wines was lovely and Philip talked us through them expertly. Kelsey’s passion for cheese and local produce shone through the beautifully prepared and plentiful platters! We left happy and relaxed, as well as inspired by how they have created such a wonderful environment to enjoy two of our favourite things! I hope we can return in the future.

  Small group experience. It was just us. Had three generous glasses of Maltese wines. Paired with artisanal local cheeses, sausages, breads and spreads. A different meat and cheese board with each glass of wine. Lots of local knowledge shared. Hosted in a wine bar in Valletta. It was a two hour experience...stayed four hours talking with the owners. Great way to spend the evening learning about Malta's wines.

  Please be prepared for a full wine tasting and a full cheese tasting! Full glasses of delicious local wine are perfectly paired with farm fresh, local, seasonal selection of cheese. I love cheese, and specifically goat and sheep cheese, and I must say I had never tried these cheeses before. We tried 10 in total (most of which were sheep cheese- my fav!), in three rounds to pair with each wine. The quality of cheese and wine is outstanding, and the quantity will definitely fill you up! My husband and I made the mistake of eating dinner before, so I would recommend going on an empty stomach or having a light snack at most! The cheese also came with local favorites (olives, black bean dip, fig jam, etc) that complimented the cheese. This tasting is unique as it is run by the owners of the wine bar, which is a lovely pair of amazing Maltese locals! We had a great conversation that felt as natural as good friends sharing stories.The wine bar is in a restored building with beautiful decoration on the ceiling, in a great location in Valletta! 20 out of 10 recommend this tasting, it was definitely a high moment of our stay in Malta! If I’m in Malta I would definitely visit again without hesitation :)
