  We did the Downtown Tampa Food Tour with Tampa Bay Food Tours as a team bonding event for our FL based sales team. It is nothing short of exceptional. Jess, our guide, was super knowledgeable on the history of the area, the restaurants themselves, and the food and drinks. Our adventure began at Spain Restaurant and Toma Bar, where the 40+ year owner was seated at the bar. From the very first bite, it’s clear the tour is thoughtfully curated to highlight some of the best independent restaurants in downtown Tampa. I have done a number of food tours across the country, and this ranks near the top! Highly recommended!

  This was the best food and drink tour we have ever been on. First, Jess was an awesome tour guide. So personable and friendly, making us feel at home in a City we visited for the first time. The four stops with different cultural food experiences, each had delicious options. There was more than enough to eat and drink, including alcoholic options. The pistachio, chocolate waffle for dessert at the last stop was the best waffle we ever ate.

  What a great time. We had a private tour with Jess where we enjoyed great good and drink. Jess our tour guide was very knowledgeable and did a great job. This was a work event, i will definitely be taking my wife and friends in the future.

  Kimberly our tour guide was great! She was very knowledgeable about all the sites along our tour of downtown Tampa. I’ve lived near Tampa Bay for 20 years and there was plenty of new bits of history to learn.The food was yummy and filling which was a nice surprise. Other food tours will have 1 meatball for you to sample and you’d leave half starved, but this was more of a small plate. She did not rush us and tried to give us time to chat and enjoy our time with each other and not move us quickly from one stop to another because it was a private tour. I’m sure she is as thoughtful for other tours. She encouraged us to take pictures! We had a fantastic time!

  The six of us had a private tour with Jes. Her energy was bright and fun, and she entertained us with her vast food knowledge. We "traveled" to Italy, Spain, Romania, and ended at a local choclatier and enjoyed chocolate wine.
