  Excellent experience. The tour was very well organized and exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Hermes, was very kind, professional, and explained the history of the Pyramids of Teotihuacán in a very interesting and easy-to-understand way. He was always attentive to the group and answered all our questions. I would undoubtedly take a tour with him again. Highly recommended!

  The experience with Hermes was very pleasant; he is an excellent host and guide, explaining in great detail, seriousness, and passion the history of each stop. He gave us time for photos and guided us with artisans who share their passion for ancient towns. I definitely recommend it for a family experience!!!

  Hermes was a great guide. We booked him through ViaTour. He did a thorough explanation of everything and took us to most fun places with history. He is great with kids and family in general. Hermes was respectful and friendly. I would recommend Hermes 100 %.

  So much fun and very informative. The tour guides were awesome, very knowledgeable, and fun. Perfect amount of time. There are quick stops to grab a snack/drink right before and after the tour.

  Visiting the Teotihuacan pyramids was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. Seeing the ancient pyramids in person was absolutely breathtaking, and learning about the history and culture made the visit even more special. The hot air balloon ride was incredible — watching the sunrise over the pyramids from above felt surreal and magical. The views were stunning, peaceful, and something I will never forget.
