I booked for a hotel pick up but no one arrived. I eventually found a contact number by googling the company. My cousin had to drive me 25 minutes to the location and so I missed the first boat and got a solo tour. Brandon the guide was very nice and took me to a beach when I felt sea sick. Didn’t see as many turtles as I hoped but I enjoyed being on the sea and the atmosphere.

Brandon went above and beyond on our tour!My friend and I were so exited to see sea turtles and he knew just where to find them… we saw so many feeding on the lemon grass .We also saw so many rays and got great pictures of them all. He took us to three separate spots to snorkel and he took amazing go pro videos that he sent us.The fish were so colorful and the reef was crazy with fish. Several rays and one hidden in sand.Brandon found a starfish and put it in my hand…what an experience. He then took us cruising by Store bay and we tried trolling for fish… well, you can’t win them all! An amazing day I highly recommend spending with Brandon!

What a privilege to see this painstaking process by the leatherback turtle to "nest" and lay over 100 eggs. It was awe inspiring. And thank God for the people in Tobago that have fostered a relationship with these giant animals and nurture and track and educate the public year after year in the miracle of nature and our adverse impacts by our actions

Dishonest is polite explanation. We booked this using Viator before we departed UK, gave us choice of pick up times (we selected 9.30pm knowing turtles came in later than that), tour description states you will SWIM with turtles so misleading as you will only see turtles not swim with them. Day of trip we got text saying they'd pick up at 7pm, we said NO its 9.30 as hotel restaurant opened 7pm earliest and wife being diabetic had to eat so they said 9pm then. We were already on our beach (where a lot of turtles come anyhow) spending time with the turtle patrol volunteers, before we left 8.50 t reception, the volunteer came up at just after 9 saying tour operator had called them to ask them to see us and say they had cancelled due to sea being too rough (why they didn't call hotel I don't know!), after several calls tour operator suggested as we were with the volunteers they could manage the tour for them instead (they aren't there for tourist but for turtle protection so was very wrong of the tour company to suggest this), anyhow we saw 2 turtles (despite sea conditions), but as they were on our beach we would have seen them anyhow without paying anything. Viator refused to give refund saying tour happened but clearly didn't. We understand the tour operator donated a small % of the fee to the volunteers pocketing a chunk of cash for doing nothing. We spent the rest of the 2 weeks with the volunteers and saw 9 in total (the photo's of daylight turtles is also misleading as they average only 7 of these in any 1 year but we were lucky to see it), the patrols are kind enough to call the tour operates (so no they don't have their own people watching for the tour company direct) who then bring paid guests over for around 10-15 minutes viewing before departing again. From the time a turtle comes out of water and returns is circa 2 hours so you only get a very small part of the actual experience of 10 minutes (and that part depends on how long it takes to get to the beach etc) Save yourself the money and get a taxi to turtle beach (Courlands bay) arrive around 8pm and be prepared to sit for several hours and you will get a far better experience for far less money than this company want to charge you for a lesser experience
