2.00It was okay, we expected more information would be shared with us about the history. Couldn’t hear her and felt like we could have learned more from the guide. She was very friendly though and kept us on track which is hard to do with a group.

3.00It was ok. The host was nice but looked tired and unenthusiastic. A little hard to understand at time and did not answer our questions about bars to recommend. When we have had city tours before, it is nice to have someone fun and enthusiastic and engaging. Expensive for the average experience.

4.00A really informative and interesting tour by Laura, we walked through parts of Verona that we probably would have missed on our own, she walked us through routes that missed most of the crowds and made the the tour really enjoyable.
