• Incredible Private Tour: Jungle Ruins, Cave Cenotes! Ask for Bencaceo!

  We just had what was easily one of the most memorable experiences of our trip, and it was entirely because of our guide, Bencaceo (Juan). From the moment we arrived at Coba Ruins, Bencaceo elevated the experience far beyond a typical tour. He got us there before the crowds, which made a huge difference, and guided us through the site with a level of knowledge and passion that was truly impressive. His expertise in Mayan history, archaeology, and culture brought everything to life — it felt like a private, expert-led exploration rather than a standard tour. He was patient, insightful, and made the entire experience both educational and genuinely fun. The adventure continued into the cenotes, where things became truly unforgettable. At Cenote Taak Bi Ha and a second cavern cenote (locally nicknamed “The Mistress”), Bencaceo guided us through an experience that felt surreal — like a safe but thrilling cave exploration. Snorkeling through the caverns, surrounded by incredible rock formations and crystal-clear water, felt like something out of another world. It honestly felt like a once-in-a-lifetime “spelunking date” experience — adventurous, unique, and unforgettable. What stood out most was how safe and comfortable he made us feel the entire time, while still keeping the sense of adventure alive. While the booking agency did a great job coordinating everything, Bencaceo is the reason this experience was exceptional. If you have the option, request him specifically — you won’t just visit these places, you’ll truly understand and experience them in a way most people don’t.   I had also done a tour of Chichen Itza the day before. The tour to Cobo and Tulum was fascinating. The knowledge of both the ruins, as well as the discovery of the ruins, as well as the Mayan people were fascinating. It was truly a memorable day.

  Our VIP tour truly was VIP! A private multi-lingual tour guide who was a real local with dozens of years of experience in the area and a unique knowledge of the archeology and Cenotes. My wife and I were so grateful to Juan for showing us the history, the culture, the food, and the truly off the beaten path 5 star experience. I don’t think there is any way that all of the company’s tour guides could be as good as him, and I feel very lucky to have spent the time getting to see the Yucatan with him. I would give 6/5 stars if I could and expect that even with one of the other guides this would be a 5/5 experience. Highly highly recommend.

  We had a great tour day with Arnie. We left early which allowed us to avoid the crowds, and in fact be the first ones, in Coba. Bike riding through the forest was a great experience. Everything else about the day was amazing, Tulum, a great restaurant he recommended, and a cave cenote where we snorkeled and swam. Highly recommend this activity and having it private had a lot of perks.

  Tulum’s site is hard to beat sitting on the coast line Coba felt like a scene from Indian Jones…. Taak Bi Ha Cenote cave was amazing Abraham our guide was extremely professional and knowledgeable Great day

  We had the most amazing tour - Gabby set us up for an adventure to see the ruins in Coba and Tulum and then for a swim at a cenote. Juan was our guide and he was so amazing!! His knowledge of the Mayan history was incredible and has made even the rest of our stay in Tulum richer as we can see the Mayan culture around us everywhere we go. There was something for everyone in our group! He was patient and let us linger and answered all of our questions!! We couldn’t have asked for a better day and already miss our guide Juan!   Juan was fantastic and was great and very helpful. He gave a great tour and we were able to tailor our trip itinerary. He introduced to a great local restaurant, a really fun quiet cenote. He is very knowledgable.

• Our tour with Jony was better than swimming with dolphins.

  Taking a tour with Jony was the highlight of our trip. He wasn’t just a tour guide- he’s an excellent leader, photographer, and now friend. He was patient, especially with my boys, and knew exactly where to take us, at what time, and for how long. My son and I are hard of hearing, he made sure that we could hear him without it feeling like we were causing him grief and the knowledge base this man holds is extensive and deep. We not only felt safe, we learned and had fun. We got to experience Tulum without the suffocating group of people hindering views and the time of day gave us the most beautiful light. Our cave and cenote snorkeling trip wasn’t just about the experience but also a continuation of our lesson in Mayan culture. Our 9yo twin boys felt that our snorkeling time with him was their favorite part of our trip, even better than swimming with the dolphins. • Amazing day visiting the ruins

  We had the best day with Isaac that exceeded my expectations. We did a tour that included Tulum, Coba and then a cave cenote. From the moment I started communication with the company, everything was very clear and easy. We initially had booked a different tour and decided to change and there was no issue at all. I did the tour with my 11 year old daughter and my 75 year old mom. Isaac was so great and patient with our slow pace and assisted my mom up and down some of the stairs in Tulum. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the sites we visited and answered all of our questions. The cave we visited way beyond beautiful and we were able to snorkel with flashlights which made it easy to explore. I cannot comment enough about how great it was to be on a private tour. We were able to move at our own pace, and stop when we wanted for coffee, a break etc. It was so nice to move at your own pace. In Coba we required the tricycles to get around and it was a huge benefit. I would not recommend trying to walk there. Again the rental of them was all coordinated by Isaac so there was no work required from us. I would highly recommend this tour and company to anyone visiting the area and would use them again.
