  Amazing excursion! Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace were absolutely beautiful. Oberammergau was a quaint little town in the Alps. Our guide Deyse was wonderful. She was very nice, informative and gave personal suggestions on places to go in our free time.

  An amazing experience, visiting two beautiful destinations. Muhammad and Goran were both friendly and professional at all times. Muhammad gave informative commentaries, and made sure times for meeting and tours were carefully explained. All in all a super day.

  We had actually taken this tour back in 2023 in the fall and we had a wonderful time and we actually ended up having the same tour guide this time and she did it just as good job this time as she did last time

  It started with very good information from the tour guide. Once we arrived, it turned sour. With so many busses srr As my grandson and I got off the bus, we lost our group. With so many busses arriving and people walking we did not see our guide. He did not explain the colors or design of the small guiding flag he used. We looked everywhere for him or someone we would recognize to no avail. For such an expensive tour which I ended paying for twice, ( I wrote the wrong date for the first tour) it was a disaster! The tour guide never gave us a meeting point if we would be separated from the group, expected time for the shuttle busses to go up or down the mountain or walking time from the shuttle to the castle. My grandson and I did it all by ourselves! We do not know if there was a tour guide inside the castle for the group od not. We had to use the audio phones like anyone who had a cheap tour and not a VIP tour. When we returned, we went directly to the bus but there was no one there. We went to buy water and to go to the ticket center to see if someone there knew our tour guide, Jonny. No one did. We returned to the bus at the assigned time to see that everyone was already inside. I briefly spoke to Jonny and he told me we would talk later about our mis hap. We never did! We had no lunch either! Horrible experience no one should go through specially having paid for an expensive tour!

  This is definitely worth the time to visit . The castle is beautiful and well worth the trip Our guide DEYSE did the best job making sure we did not get lost, stayed on time, she was friendly, inspirational, funny, Deyse and John the driver made our day the best. Thank you Deyse and thank you to John the driver. The ice cold German beer at the very end was also a high point of our Tours yummy yummy in my tummy . Keep hydrated drink a lot of beer.

  Thi 'Premium' experience was worth the price because it was a small group tour with quality customer sevice from start to finish. A luxury air-conditioned coach was much appreciated on a roasting-hot day, likewise the onboard snacks. Entrance fees and skip the line sevice made a difference, allowing guests to relax and take photos, The Bavarian castles, lakes, and countryside truly are a delight not to be missed. Hats off to Jordan (driver) and special mention for our wonderful guide Deyse, who was cheerful, charming, and professional in every way ( a credit to her Gray Line employer). Many thanks. Peter Toland (New Zealand).

  Monica was our tour guide and was absolutely fabulous! We learned so much from her on this trip. The views during the drive were stunning!
