5.00Jack (the guide) is incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant and fluent in English. As a resident of Kibera himself, he gave a unique insight. He didn't rush through the program, and took his time to tell what he knew and to answer questions. We didn't get to visit the local children's center, so that was a bummer. A bit painful but necessary eye-opener that put things in perspective, especially for 'people like me' (who come from a well developed and rich country)
