  Just like my HZ West Lake experience, the provided the guided personal experience which avoided the larger tour groups (present everywhere at this location, too). Allowed expropriation and experiencing on a much more pleasurable pace.

  Nice visit to ancient city. I think is important to have guide if you're foreign. Michelle, our guide, has been very kind. Her explanations help you to understand Chinese culture and what we were watching.

  As a solo traveller it was really nice to have a day being guided around (with someone e who can translate too!) and directed to the best places. My tour guide June was really friendly and confident in her knowledge of the town. I was able to see parts of a theatre performance, puppet light show, bamboo climbing ritual, and go into museums (all of which I would not have known to see otherwise). The boat ride was a really special experience too. Moreover, as a vegetarian I was well catered for with excellent food. I had a great time!

  It was a lovely trip, our guide, Xiaozhou was very detailed and informative. Lovely place not to be missed out. The journey there was great, 谢师傅drove with caution and so smoothly that we fell asleep the moment the journey started.

  I recently took a private one-day tour from Hangzhou to Wuzhen with May as my guide, and it was fantastic! As a solo traveler, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. May was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire trip engaging and stress-free. She shared fascinating stories about Wuzhen and showed me both iconic spots and hidden gems. The driver was also very professional, polite, and made the journey smooth and comfortable. May stayed with me throughout the day, ensuring I didn’t miss any highlights and making the experience even more enjoyable with her insights and warm personality. If you’re planning a visit to Wuzhen or Hangzhou, I highly recommend booking a tour with May—she truly made the day unforgettable!

  Iris was my tour guide and she was wonderful! We hit all the must-see spots and she helped me order some tasty traditional dishes for lunch. The boat ride and shows were all so fun and unique. As an added bonus, she also gave me some recs for Hangzhou. Strongly recommend this tour and Iris!!

  Wuzhen is a beautiful a dfin place to visit. So much history preserved. May aka xiaozhou was a great tour guide. She was knowledgeable about the history of wuzhen. She was very sweet and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour.

  I booked this tour as a way to explore the local area as a first time visitor at the end of a business trip when I had a few days free. This was my first experience of a private tour and what can I say - it was amazing!! The organisation and booking was so straightforward and easy to do, great communication throughout and I instantly felt like I was in great hands! My guide, Sherry, was simply amazing! From the moment I met her she was warm, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable and safe in this place so far from home. Sherry shared loads of interesting facts and information about our starting point, Hangzhou, and continued to amaze and impress me throughout the course of the day! By the end of the tour I was exhausted! But felt like I had learnt loads, and also felt like I had a new friend in my life. The water village is absolutely worth a visit, for anyone wanting to go, and I cannot recommend booking with this team - from the organisers behind the scenes, to the amazing guide and even the wonderful, friendly driver! This is absolutely worth the money and I just want to thank the team once again for making my visit so memorable!

  We took a day trip to wuzhou and it couldn’t have been better: as we saw Hangzhou yesterday, we were offered a very organized excursion without compromising our departure from the city (flying today out of Hangzhou) making it a very good use of our time in a Private and convenient tour in a nice and comfortable car with friendly staff. Sam is a very patient and nice guide and he took care of everything rapidly and efficiently.

  We had an excellent 2 day tour with Tommy. He was very friendly and has really great English. Tommy was very knowledgeable about Chinese history, culture (old and modern), art and food. He answered all of our many questions thoroughly and clearly. We would highly recommend Tommy for any visitors to the Hangzhou area. Ed I
