  From the very first day of planning the trip, I was in direct contact with the local team, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their transparency, professionalism, and constant support immediately gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process. During the trip, our guide truly felt like a brother. He was always available, incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. What impressed us the most was the flexibility and agility in adapting the itinerary to our requests and preferences along the way, which made the experience feel very personal and authentic. Beyond the logistics, the cultural insight we received was invaluable. Our guide took the time to explain the traditions, history, and everyday life of both Rwanda and Uganda, which added a completely different depth to the journey. I genuinely have only positive things to say. An unforgettable experience with an outstanding team that made us feel welcomed, safe, and connected from beginning to end.   Thank you so much for coordinating this wonderful experience for us. From start to finish we have had the best time and have forged memories that will stay with us for life. Also a special thank you to our guide Renatus! He is an eleven out of ten guide!! A true professional in his field. Always flexible, easy going with a great sense of humor coupled with a vast knowledge on all subjects related to wildlife and the ins and outs about Uganda and Rwanda.   The entire 8-day trip was well organized and seamless, making it my first time in Uganda truly unforgettable. Benald was extremely prompt, professional, and responsive to all my queries. I decided to take a chance, and the experience turned out to be even better than expected. Everything ran smoothly from the moment we arrived until we left Uganda. This was a life-changing experience, and I’m incredibly grateful The lodges chosen by Next Gen Safaris were high quality and offered excellent value for money. Pilot was a great guide & excellent and helped to make the experience special . A huge thank you to Benald for planning the trip so expertly. Special mention to our guide / driver Pilot, who drove us everywhere safely, always checked that everything was in place, and made sure we enjoyed every experience. We were incredibly lucky to encounter a whole family of chimpanzees and spend one unforgettable hour with them. Kibale National Park is home to around 1,500 chimpanzees, making it one of the best places in the world for chimpanzee trekking • Perfectly curated gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi National Park with @nextgensafaris. Huge thanks to Benald and Pilot for prioritizing our safety throughout the trip—traveling as three women, we felt completely secure at all times. Thank you for a fabulous experience, we will look to book with Nextgen safaris again .
