  Tom was an outstanding tour guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts about the history, culture and local life, making every stop much more meaningful. On top of that, he had such a positive spirit and great sense of humour, which made the whole tour fun and engaging from start to finish :)) I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for an informative, enjoyable and memorable tour.   Had a great tour with Sandy who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was great having a private vehicle to take us too all the sites. Also saw some sites we suggested as well. Great having this sort of flexibility for a tour like this. Highly recommended.

  We had a wonderful morning touring Hanoi with Sandy as our guide. Sandy was delightful, engaging and super knowledgeable about Hanoi and Vietnam. She gave us great insights into Hanoi and how it differs from other parts of Vietnam. She also did a great job in helping us understand how Vietnam evolved culturally and economically over its history. She packed a lot into a four tour. I highly recommend Sandy and would definitely look to use again on my next visit to Hanoi.

  I enjoyed the tour with Nick. It felt like I was visiting with a friend. The story telling, pace and sights we visited were great. Definitely worth doing and calmed me down after initially feeling overwhelmed by Hà Nội.

  Having traveled extensively and taken many guided tours around the world, I can honestly say that our experience with Sandy from Hanoi City Tours ranks at the very top. I give her five stars, but if I could rate her above all others, I certainly would. From the very beginning, Sandy exceeded our expectations. She met our group at our hotel in a spacious luxury limousine van with a professional driver, immediately setting the tone for a first-class experience. Her warm smile, friendly personality, and genuine interest in getting to know us made us feel welcome from the moment we met. She took the time to learn about our interests so she could tailor the tour to our preferences, which was greatly appreciated. Our four-hour Hanoi City Tour included visits to the magnificent Tran Quoc Pagoda, the historic Ba Dinh Square and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the thought-provoking Hoa Lo Prison, the bustling Dong Xuan Market, and the charming French Quarter. Along the way, we enjoyed photo opportunities at the beautiful Grand Opera House, explored St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and finished with lunch at the famous Hanoi Train Street, where we had a fantastic view of the train passing just feet away from us. Sandy was incredibly knowledgeable about every location we visited, but what truly made her stand out was her passion for sharing Vietnam’s history, culture, and traditions. At each stop, she brought the stories of Hanoi to life with fascinating details, historical insights, and personal perspectives that made everything much more meaningful. Many of these places were destinations I had only seen or heard about on television, and experiencing them in person with Sandy as our guide made the visit unforgettable. This has been, without question, one of the most informative, visually captivating, and enjoyable tours we have ever taken. Sandy’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and love for her country shine through in everything she does. I highly recommend Sandy and Hanoi City Tours to anyone visiting Hanoi.   we did a hanoi mini city tour the evening we arrive in Hanoi (May 27th), we had Peter as our guide, he was excellent, perfect english and very informative, i wish he was my guide for all of Vietnam, highly recommend him, the tour was great too, as we just arrived and it was very last minute, Peter was so full of enthusiasm and was so knowledgeable and engaging, it made the tour much better and more enjoyable
