Milford Sound
Take a stunning Scenic Flight to Milford Sound from Queenstown, with our fly cruise fly package including a 2-hour Cruise. Milford Sound is New Zealand's premier tourist destination, and the sheer scale and staggering beauty of the fiord are experienced from all viewpoints. We will fly you from Queenstown over the Southern Alps with breathtakingly spectacular and endless panoramic views of lakes, forested river valleys, waterfalls, jagged razor-backed ridge lines and snow covered peaks. After landing at Milford we will choose whether to take the shuttle bus or, if time permits, take you on a short walk through the bush and foreshore to the cruise boat. Once on the boat, you will take a leisurely cruise along the whole length of the fiord. After the cruise, your pilot will escort you back to the aircraft for the return flight to Queenstown along a different flight path.

5.00Amazing. Lovely pilot who gave great commentary throughout flight and was generally very friendly. Views from the plane are incredible, it's a great vantage of dramatic and changing landscape. The cruise was also a great experience, we managed to see a dolphins and got very close to the waterfalls.
A perfect trip that has been the highlight of our trip to New Zealand!

5.00This was quite simply amazing from start to finish!! The organisation and comms was excellent and we were given the option to move our tour forward a day, due to bad weather forecast on our initial booking day. We were told this plenty of time in advance and this gave us the option to rearrange our plans and book an additional night. The check-in process was seamless and our pilot Andrew was great, giving us lots of info as we flew on the surrounding area. The scenery was beautiful and flying in through the fjord was just spectacular! The cruise was also again amazing, the scenery was beautiful and the boat comfortable. I recommend wrapping up warm and making the most of the outdoor space to truly appreciate the scenery. A perfect trip that has been the highlight of our visit to New Zealand!

5.00The scenery on the flight was spectacular! We were delayed from our original booking time due to weather, so be prepared to potentially be rescheduled. The trip was worth the wait, and we appreciate that the company put safety first. We enjoyed the Milford Sound and would highly recommend this flight option.

5.00I travelled to Milford Sound with my brother. As we didn't have that long in NZ and wanted to maximise our time, we opted for the 1hr 90min round trip flight rather than the 10hour round trip drive. Honestly, it is worth the price as seeing Queenstown and the surrounding areas from the air is incredible, a once in a lifetime experience.

5.00Unforgettable experience. Our pilot Lilly was incredible, and we felt safe and supported throughout the entire experience. We had originally booked the bus trip but changed to the flight at the last minute. So glad we did. This experience has been the highlight of our NZ trip. Milford Sound was beautiful but the flight with Lilly was even better. Highly recommend.

5.00We originally booked a land cruise to Milford Sound. After reading a few reviews, we decided to go with the fly in trip and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made on a trip. The views from above were breathtaking and can not be given justice through pictures. Our pilot Jason was great and the flight was exceptional from start to finish. The cruise was amazing as well getting to see everything from ground level. Would HIGHLY recommend this trip and hope to do it again one day.

From excellent communication regarding booking (including the company reaching out to bring our booking forward one day due to predicted bad weather) and being picked up and dropped off from our accommodation. 10/10 reccomend our pilot Michael who was amazing, very knowledgeable and made the flight smooth and comfortable as well as allowing my dad to sit up front next to him which was cool! Both the flight and the cruise itself were beautiful with AMAZING views. Highly highly recommend.

5.00We had the most amazing experience. Michael was our tour guide, who had extensive knowledge of the area and his commentary was great. A very well organised tour, and the scenery was a once in a lifetime experience. I couldn’t believe my eyes every moment!! Incredible! Wow! Unreal! Must do! Thank you Michael.
