You'll visit the local market with your Cesarina host, who will teach you all about how to select the best ingredients with the seasons. Then, you'll return to their home, warm up with an Italian Aperitivo and enjoy the class. You'll learn how to make one iconic Pasta type, typical of the city you are visiting, and the famous Tiramisu.
After the class, you will enjoy everything you've prepared with local wines.

5.00We had a lovely experience with our host, Paola! Paola was warm, hospitable, and engaging. She has a beautiful home, and she made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We also had the pleasure of meeting her two daughters and husband, who sat down and shared the meal with us after we cooked. We were delighted to not just learn how to make ravioli and tiramisu but also about some fun Gubbio traditions and customs, like the Corso dei Ceri. We would definitely recommend this experience! (Note: we did not participate in the market tour part of this experience because the markets were closed due to holiday.)
