I'm Katia and me and my uncle Fulvio run the Tuscan cooking class in our family farmhouse. We are 4 km far from the fantastic town of San Gimignano and we teach you how to prepare a real Tuscany meal but most important we teach you how the food should taste. Your meal will be a celebration and a fantastic time to spent in a real Tuscany family.
We'll make a lot of typical Tuscany antipasti, then we prepare primi piatti, and we make one type of pasta hand made, two different sauces for pasta, and then a second course with meat.

Cooking is our passion, we grew up watching our mothers and grandmothers prepare every day recipes of traditional tuscan cooking. We are excited to share our recipes and the secrets of real tuscan food. We will teach you how to prepare an authentic 5-6 courses tuscany lunch or dinner. Each of the 5-6 courses is paired with our local Tuscan wines. Most importantly, we teach you how the food should taste, and your senses will be delighted. Your meal will be a celebration and a fantastic time to enjoy a real tuscan family. The menu is based on seasonal and local products from our area. We also organise vegetarian and gluten free cooking classes, and we accomodate food allergies, just let us know!

5.00What an amazing experience! We enjoyed every minute of learning, bantering and connecting. Fulvio is a fantastic host! He made us feel welcome and explained all of the process so simply. I have a renewed appreciation for simple food, good wine and great company. Great food do not have to take hours to prepare! This was an exceptional experience!!

5.00Our host, Fulvio, created a beautiful experience for our entire family! (ages 7 to 70). We learned how to take a few basic ingredients and create a delicious family feast of handmade pasta, 2 sauces, and bruschetta accompanied by wine and cheese. We can’t wait to share our new skills with family and friends back home.

5.00It was fun, educational, and delicious!!!! Katia was amazing. She made pasta making simple- used ingredients we can all find, and made this experience one of our favorites during our trip to Italy.

5.00This was the most fun I've had cooking! Katia was an absolute delight! She showed us how to make simple pasta (quite easy!) and explained how regular Italians normally eat. We made bruschetta from fresh ingredients, two delicious pasta dishes (first course) and a protein second course (I think it was chicken?). Each was made with very few ingredients but extremely yummy! Katia also let us know what we are doing wrong in our regular cooking of pasta dishes at home 😜. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn about Italian culture through eating.

5.00Fulvio made our visit an extremely special and memorable one. He is a pleasure to spend the day with and truly a master chef. His knowledge of the best ingredients and how to maximize flavor showed in what was ultimately the best meal of our 2-week trip. Both pasta dishes and sauces that we made, he made very straight-forward and provided clear instructions - so much so that I'm looking forward to trying them out at home. I'm extremely far from an expert chef - but for one day, I felt like one. Getting away from the busy city for a day was also a welcome respite for the family and there isn't a much more beautiful setting than offered here.

5.00Katia was exceedingly generous with her knowledge and passion for cooking ‘Italian style food from Tuscany’ . We had such a great evening learning lots of great tips and eating such delicious food. Now we have to replicate the meal for our family when we return home! We highly recommend this cooking class. We loved everything about our experience: the view from the kitchen window, the wines, their extra virgin olive oil, learning to make pasta and use simple ingredients to balance the flavours of each dish and celebrate the ingredients. Best of all was our host Katia. Thank you!

5.00This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! The food was absolutely delicious, and we learned how to prepare authentic Italian dishes in a fun, hands-on environment. What made this experience especially memorable was how welcoming and accommodating the instructors were with our toddlers. They were patient, engaging, and made sure the children felt included, which allowed the adults to fully enjoy the class as well. The atmosphere was relaxed, family-friendly, and never rushed. The ingredients were fresh, the recipes were easy to follow, and the meal we shared at the end was fantastic. If you’re traveling with young children and looking for an authentic Italian experience that the whole family can enjoy, we highly recommend this cooking class!
