As a private excursion, this tour can be tailored entirely to your preferences. However we recommend an early morning departure to make the most of the soft coastal light as you travel along the scenic Cape Peninsula toward Cape Point Nature Reserve. The circular route from Cape Town covers approximately 180 km, following the Atlantic Seaboard with its pristine white beaches and dramatic ocean views.
By mid-morning, you’ll arrive at the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve at the tip of the peninsula, with time to explore and walk up to the historic lighthouse. You will also visit the iconic Cape of Good Hope, the southwestern most point of Africa and the legendary meeting place of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.
Returning along the eastern side of the peninsula, the journey continues with a visit to the famous penguin colony at Boulders Beach, followed by the lush landscapes of Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Making for a truly memorable Cape Peninsula experience.

Camps Bay
We will travel along the Atlantic seaboard, driving between the mountains and the ocean our first photo stop will be at Maiden's Cove beautiful scenic lookout point nestled between Clifton's beaches and the prestigious suburb of Camps Bay in Cape Town.
Seal Island
The second stop of the day Hout Bay harbor perched on the edge of the ocean. You will have the option of taking an exciting 40 minute boat cruise boat to a seal colony where you can view thousands of wild Cape Fur Seals in their natural habitat alternatively enjoying a walk along the quay with yachts and fishing boats dotting here and there.

5.00Our bike tour of the cape was the highlight of our trip in South Africa. Patrick not only covered all of the highlights of the peninsula but also showed us a few local spots as well. He was very laid back and accommodating to whatever pace or level of intensity we wanted. He provided valuable insight on what to do for the rest of our time in Cape Town. Top notch bikes. The views during the tour were absolutely stunning and should not be missed on any trip to Cape Town. A must do!

5.00We had so much fun ! the views were amazing, we definitely would love to come back and do more mountain biking! Patrick was a great guide and great company! The Bikes were perfect, I even wanted to take one home ! If you want to see cape town in a different way, Cape Escape is your best option! you wont regretted it !

5.00We had a fabulous time with our guide, Frank! He was very knowledgeable about each place we visited and kept us entertained with fun stories of his exploits throughout the day! We loved the self-paced freedom and his patience with every stop. Having a personal guide gave us the flexibility we were looking for and we highly recommend this tour! We have lots of great photos to remember our day, especially ones he so willingly took of us both!
