One of our accredited guides will meet you at the docks between the Quince Lakehouse and Hula Hut. NOT inside the restaurants. Go down in between the restaurants to the boat docks. Thats where the captain will meet you. Do NOT bring outside alcohol or food inside the restaurants.

5.00Captain Max was great! Kind, knowledgeable, took pics for us! And was a great host. We loved exploring the lily pads and learning about the species on the water and the different fun areas to explore. Thanks so much! We had so much fun! Max was great! 10 out of 10!

No Communication, No Show, No Care

1.00I booked this boat tour while traveling from California to Austin, and the experience was terrible. The host confirmed my reservation but never communicated any details and ignored my message on the day of the event. We arrived, waited, and no one ever showed up. When I called, the host said they had no record of my booking and promised a manager would call, but no one ever did. We wasted time and money, and they showed no concern for the inconvenience. I do not recommend this host. To request a refund was even difficult because they have not responded to the app!
