Your experience begins with transportation from the cruise ship docks. First, enjoy a scenic stop at Brotherhood Bridge, where you’ll take in beautiful views of Mendenhall Glacier and the surrounding landscape. Next, head to Amalga Harbor for approximately 2 hours of guided kayaking. Paddle with experienced local Juneau guides through scenic coastal waters while taking in Alaska’s dramatic geography. Depending on conditions, you may spot wildlife along the way and enjoy the peaceful beauty that makes this area so special. After kayaking, continue on a guided 1-hour hike. The hiking location is chosen based on current weather, trail conditions, and the interests and physical ability of the group. This flexible approach allows your guides to create the best experience possible for the day. 5.00Jason and Noah took us on a kayak trip of a lifetime! We saw multiple orcas, sea lions, and a porcupine! We took a short hike too. I’m 77 yrs old and was a little hesitant to go, but the kayaks were easy to get in, out and maneuver. What a fun time we had!
Highlight of our Alaska trip!

5.00Our kayaking trip in a bay in north Juneau was an amazing experience and the high point of our trip to Alaska. The scenery was stunning, with huge mountains lining the shore, and we even saw a humpback whale spouting nearby. We could not have asked for a more awesome experience. The tour was easy and convenient and the inflatable kayaks were very sturdy and safe. Assistant Jason had the kayaks and equipment all ready for us when we arrived by bus to the shoes of the bay. Our kayaking guide Noah was knowledgeable about the area and about kayaking, and although we have kayaked in many places around the United States, I would rank this tour as a peak experience. So happy we did this tour and cannot thank the operators enough. We also hiked in the Mendenhall Glacier area to see the impressive Nugget Falls so overall it was a very enjoyable and exciting day. .

5.00This was an incredible experience. We were lucky and ended up basically having a private tour for the 6 of us but even if you don't have that same luck, they prefer to do smaller groups to have more time to explore and have a more calm experinece. During our kayaking experience we were able to see a whale and a family of sea lions. Something we will never forget. In the hiking section, pur incredible tour guides taught us so much about the forest and all it's life. Would recommend this and our tour guides 100%!!

5.00This was a great way to spend some time in Juneau away from the crazy hustle and bustle by the cruise port. The tour takes you kayaking somewhere quiet where we felt we had the sea and mountains to ourselves. It ended with a simple walk through the forest, one that pictures don’t do justice to. The Alaskan rainforest needs to be experienced. This is suitable for anyone who wants to spend some time in nature. Noah and Kass were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our tour comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
