5.00We had such a fun day with our Driver and Guide Agus. Repelling down into the cave was a unique experience, and our driver made sure that we had headlamps which no one else had so we were better prepared than everyone else. Then at the rafting portion, he had waterproof bags for our cell phone so that we could still take photos and videos while on the water. That was great attention to detail, thank you!

5.00If you’re reading this, then you probably already know that the caves are worth the visit. Our driver/guide Johan made it even better than expected. The prompt pickup, the clear communication, the photos he took and share with us (including a montage he did whilst we were in the cave), the headlamps (you can do the cave without, but having them make photos of others so so much better), the extras at breakfast (not all tours had these), the phone covers for when on the river), the bags for wet clothes after tubing. All this on top of him being a genuinely courteous and professional operator.
