After pickup at your Seoul hotel in the morning, continue on to Suwon, located in Gyeonggi-do province. The first stop will be the Suwon Hwaseong Fortress which was constructed to perform the commercial and military function during the Joseon Dynasty. This construction was built using advanced technology such as a crane in 1796. Now, Suwon Hwaseong Fortress is designated as a UNESCO World heritage site. Your guide will share expert commentary about this construction. After having lunch, head to the Korean folk village and explore many of the traditional Korean customs. Enjoy some leisure time and explore places such as the Joseon Period Houses. In addition, see traditional workshops and enjoy the beautiful houses set in a natural environment. Continue by coach towards the Ginseng center. Ginseng is good for tiredness, loss of appetite, sickness and many other illnesses. Enjoy a ginseng tasting and buy some ginseng products if you like. Conclude your tour back at your centrally located hotel in Seoul.

4.00Our tour guide was awesome but the tour itself was bit long , expect lot of walking. Weather was extremely hot the day we went. As part of the tour package our tour guide took us to a local restaurant and food was delicious. Tour guide was from this area so she was so knowledgeable about the area . Driver was extremely patient Overall it was a good experience.

4.00Sally was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable in Korean history and gave us great context and information for all the places we visited. It was beautiful to see Korean culture and restored architecture and was a calm escape from the bustle of Seoul.

5.00Our tour guide Joon was very interesting and his passion for history is evident, you can't help but be engaged in his stories. He mixed in overall history, the politics of the time and even a bit of BTS 😀. Really enjoyed this tour and felt like I learnt something. I would recommend.

5.00This was a fun tour. We saw the fortress, learned some history and then visited the Korean Folk Village for lunch and a bit more interactive history. Our tour guide Yeomi was amazing. She was full of inspiration and knowledge and was very friendly.
