The check in was fast and easy. The exhibits and history was excellent. The exhibits were in big rooms that accompanied large groups.

The ticketing experience was very frustrating. There was no reference to Viator in the booking and a museum employee had to help navigate finding the tickets. Getting the voucher was easy—tickets not at all.

Tickets on phone and audio from museum. It worked for us but was three times what it would cost had we booked directly with the museum. Museum is fabulous.

I found it well worth the price. The audio guide was great and I enjoyed being able to go at my own pace. They were many people present, but not too many:)
