  We made the Food Walking Tour in Borba, and there are no words to describe! It was a bit very well spent, we were welcomed by João, a native storyteller, was driving us through the streets of Borba from "tasca" in "tasca", simple places, with a giant authenticity, and with good typical food. It was a pity we didn't have the stomach for everything, but there really were so many delicacies that at some point it was necessary to make a selection or we went out of there to rebolate. I give you five stars because I can't give you more. I highly recommend.

  Great way to know the flavors and people of Borba Our Guide, João Bravinho, from Alentejo and deeply familiar with the local culture and history, led us through a unique gastronomic journey, where each dish reflected the authenticity of the regional flavors. In addition, we were warmly welcomed by the inhabitants of Borba, whose sympathy and hospitality made the tour even more special.   It was an amazing experience, full of laughter, fun and unforgettable moments. The picturesque setting of the Alentejo was the perfect setting to celebrate our dear friend's single farewell!The organization of the event was impeccable and our guide, João Bravinho, super attentive. No doubt, a good choice for a special day with friends. I can't wait to repeat the experience!

  The tour Petiscando in the Alentejo was very fun, the people were super welcoming, gave to eat original dishes, take lots of photos and share great moments! Unique experience, highly recommend! João Bravinho was an excellent host, to the point of respecting our food intolerances making a few changes to the menu and endure with 12 girls festivaling throughout the journey! Thank you so much!"

  Incredible gastronomic visit with the guide João Bravinho who made us a visit to Borba with stops in typical places that we would never find without this trip. Quality very good price for the visit we made and great food! Worth it, we were a group of 12 friends we loved!

  I had the immense pleasure of participating in this gastronomic route through Alentejo on my friend's single farewell, and could not be more satisfied with the experience. From the beginning, we were welcomed warmly and welcoming, which made all the difference. The organization was flawless. Every detail was carefully planned, providing us with an unforgettable culinary journey. There was no shortage of food and excellent Alentejo wine. I hope to go this trip again this time with the family! Thank you to João for all the work he has had in organizing an amazing single farewell!

  I highly recommend. The petiscando tour in the Alentejo is an immersive journey through the cuisine of Borba where the excellent food comes to be overshadowed by the sympathy and warmth of the people who welcome us in each establishment. Advantages: know the local dishes and specialties of each house, have the glass always full of good regional wine, meet the people who are the soul of Borba, contribute to the local business, have an exceptional guide like our João Bravinho who pulled every string so that our group had a unique experience - with attention to the details and all our needs. Disadvantage: too good😄

  This was a great experience to have a personalized introduction to Borba. You are truly visiting the small family run businesses that are catering to the local people as they go about their regular daily routines. It included a bake shop that no more than 8 people could fit into as well as bars where the local men get together at 11:00 am each day to socialize. The snacks were a varied selection of typical local faire and served right off of the grill for our enjoyment. The locals are so welcoming that you fit right in and become part of the village immediately !
