When sailing from the City Hall pier 4 in Oslo you have great views to the city’s shoreline, featuring impressive architecture and historic sites: the Akershus fortress, Opera house and Munch Museum. You will sail past Hoveøya with canons pointing over the fjord and Bygdøy with the iconic Fram Museum, the Oslofjord’s idyllic islands, numerous islets and inlets and Dyna Lighthouse a picturesque lighthouse. When on the cruise you will see how the hills surround Oslo. The electrical boat is designed to give the best sightseeing experience possible with panoramic views. The outside decks are spacious and easy to walk. On board we have a serving of light food, snacks, and hot and cold beverages. Listen to commentary from an onboard guide to learn about Oslo and the nature and countryside that surrounds it, its history and geography. 5.00Pleasant and leisurely tour of the fjords of Oslo. The boat was comfortable and the scenery good. Was a bit cold and windy on the outer decks, but more than comfortable inside.

4.00Lovely two hour cruise around Oslo Fjord islands. Good commentary (in English) and reasonable value. The weather was fabulous and there is outside top deck seating available front and back which we used and a definite must if you can get them on a nice day.

5.00The ferry was very comfortable and the journey was truly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant. The scenery throughout the Oslo Fjord was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful views at every turn. A wonderful way to explore the area and enjoy Norway’s stunning nature. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5.00Really nice little boat ride. Friendly staff. They give you the opportunity to get off the boat and go around the Fram Museum then they’ll pick you up again later. Beer, wine and soft drinks all available to purchase on board.

2.00The boat was very clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the PA system was not functioning and the commentary failed to download onto our IPhones. Also, the location of departure was difficult to find as there is no kiosk or employee to direct you.

1.00I’m disappointed with the customer service I received regarding a fjord cruise that was cancelled in advance due to maintenance. I understand that cancellations happen for safety reasons, so the issue is not the cancellation itself, but how it was handled. The company claimed they emailed and called me, but I never received any email or phone call. This left me unaware and inconvenienced. I spoke with Georgios Apostolopoulos while requesting a refund, but the response was unhelpful and dismissive rather than focused on resolving the issue. Unexpected problems can happen, but clear communication and respectful customer service should be the minimum standard.
