5.00The day bus tour visiting Venice from Lake Garda was well organized and fun. We were picked up almost on time in Torri del Benaco. After a few more stops with pick-up of more guests, we went over the highway towards Venice. A stopover with a small break was made. In Venice, the transfer boat to St. Mark's Square was changed and then a guided tour of the city for about 1 hour in two groups (English or German) with headsets. After a privately organized lunch and a small city stroll we chose the one-hour boat tour through the lagoon. Return to the starting point about 8 pm. The tour is professionally organized and well executed. Seeing Venice privately and by car or train probably does not bring any advantages (even expensive and complex). We got to know Venice well and learned a lot for us. A fascinating city.
