Sit comfortably on our terrace at the foot of the majestic Cité de Carcassonne and be guided by our expert during a guided tasting of eight wines, carefully selected to reveal all the diversity and complexity of regional grape varieties.

Discover our Gourmet Tasting with eight signature wines from the Vineyards Foncalieu. - You will be welcomed by our team in our shop 32 Avenue du Général Leclerc in Carcassonne - The tasting is accompanied by a platter of local cheese and cold cuts to create a food and wine pairing and share a moment of conviviality at the foot of the City of Carcassonne. After a quick exchange on your expectations and preferences, you will embark on a sensory journey in the heart of Languedoc to discover 8 wines, red, white and rosé. The tasting is also possible in English and Spanish. The tasting is reserved for adults.

5.00We had a very nice experience tasting 9. wines. 3 white, 3 roses, 3 reds. Plus an amazing charcuterie board. The wines were interesting and delicious.
Not recommended for solo travellers.

3.00The wines and overall selection were very good, and the hostess was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions and make recommendations. The venue was lovely, with a great view of the castle, and it offered good value for money. I reduced my rating slightly because I had expected more of a small-group tasting experience. As a solo traveller, I was seated separately from the other guests (two couples), and there was little effort to encourage interaction or create a group atmosphere. Otherwise, an enjoyable experience.

5.00Fantastic experience , nice grazing board and i only drink white so the lovely lady gave me 9 different whites to try , even gave me a bonus free glass 🤩 Well worth a visit and great value for money
