5.00Rozann was outstanding! She was organized, so knowledgeable and a real pleasure to spend the day with! Worth every penny for the private tour and transfer. She took care of all tickets for admission and made sure we didn’t have to wait long in lines. Made arrangements for a delicious lunch in Giverny. Very efficient but made sure we weren’t rushed. We look forward to returning to Paris one day and asking Rozann to take us on another tour! Thank you for a perfect day!❤️

5.00This was an awesome day trip. The Monet gardens in Giverney were so beautiful. The trees were turning color and added to the gardens beauty. Our guide and driver was awesome. Chris was very personable and knowledgeable. Versailles Palace was incredible and HUGE..

1.00The wording and tone in their email is offensive and rude. Their responses are inconsiderate and uncaring. They deserve a 0/5 for your customer service, and I can't even imagine suggesting or permitting anyone to tour with their company due to their lack of professionalism. They could not possibly be less accommodating, and they most certainly do not deliver on what is promised. I would never recommend Parismatic to anyone.

5.00Priate tours are great because thaty can be customized to your preferences and it's easy to get into the places you're visiting - becasue the group is typically much smaller. Our guide was excellent in tailoring the day to our desires.

5.00Standing at the edge of Monet's pond and hearing about all of his time at Giverny was amazing. Our guide brought us to the most beautiful/delicious cafe for lunch at Versailles, and guided us through the palace with expert historical guidance. He also dropped us off at another location in Paris to help our day run more smoothly. Well worth the money!
