1.00Absolutely horrible! This trip didn't even happen! I don't know why you're sending me a survey. You canceled the trip for the clients on the day of when they spent thousands of dollars to get there and just left them there without anything. I will never, ever book another trip with Viator again. You have made it awful for my clients and awful for me as a travel agent who this all falls back on because of this horrible service. I am seeking a cash settlement and will go to court to get it. I just think this is unbelievable. It's unbelievable that you're sending me the survey when this trip did not even happen. I also received a welcome to the trip on the day of when my clients were stuck in the destination that you did not show up for.
