5.00We did a private tour for 4 with Julie the last week of September. Julie was great about communicating with us before the tour to plan exactly what would work for us. As two couples, we happened to be quite flexible. Our tour, as it turned out, was during harvest. We got to see and experience more than we had on previous tours we’ve taken elsewhere. We saw grapes being sorted and stirred in the vats. Julie was incredibly knowledgeable about not just the particular wineries she took us to, but wines, generally, and the wine-making process. We learned so much. She was lots of fun to spend the day with. It was really a terrific tour.
