Arriving at the Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center, you’ll have two hours to explore this stunning natural wonder. Here you can choose to wander trails, photograph the glacier from the distance, or explore the Visitor’s Center. With various walking trails available, visitors of all fitness levels can enjoy spectacular views of the glacier, Mendenhall Lake, and the untouched wilderness. Entry to the Visitor’s Center is included where you can enjoy interactive exhibits and educational presentations.

5.00The Mendenhall Glacier was amazing to see. The walk to Nugget Falls Trail was so beautiful and easy to walk. Archie, our driver, was great and knowledgeable about the area.

5.00Handy and entertaining way to get to Mendenhall Glacier. Our driver Kenny was really knowledgeable about Juneau and had a whole host of dad jokes to keep us entertained on the journey. Would recommend.

5.00I thought we would be closer to the glacier, but I guess with them receding unless you are flying to the glacier, I guess this is as close as you get. Nugget Falls was awesome.

5.00Kenny was our driver and was very informative, humorous, and personable. Unparalleled service and definitely a person that has stories to tell if you have the time to listen. Unfortunately, the turnaround between rides was too quick for individual socializing.
