Meet your crew at Muelle Fiscal for check-in, waivers, and snorkel gear fitting before boarding the boat. We’ll cruise across the turquoise waters of the Sea of Cortez toward Espíritu Santo Island, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Our first stop is the sea lion colony at Los Islotes*, where you’ll snorkel alongside these playful and curious animals in their natural habitat. Afterward, relax on a pristine beach, enjoy a freshly prepared lunch, and take time to swim or explore the island’s stunning coastline. On the way back, we’ll pass scenic points of interest such as San Gabriel Bay, perfect for bird watching. The trip ends with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez as we return to La Paz in the late afternoon. *-- Please Note --- During the months of June, July and August, the swim will be done at the sea lion colony San Rafaelito.

5.00This was my first official open water dive and I could not have had a better crew for my first dive. Our scuba guide, Daleth, had our safety at the top of mind and ensuring that it was a fun and interactive experience. Daleth is extremely knowledgeable about the marine life and its importance to the ecosystem. For divers looking for an English speaking guide, Daleth is fluent in English and there were no questions about the instructions she communicated to us. Captain Cory made sure that he got us safely to our dive destinations and extremely helpful in getting our gear on and ready for our dives. We will definitely use La Paz Explorer on our future dives!
