Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta (filled pasta + fresh pasta) from scratch with your Cesarina.
As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu.
Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. It's a great way to truly experience Italian culture.

Learn to make the famous Pasta and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Trento. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

5.00We booked the Ravioli cooking lesson at Cinzia's place. Cinzia is a really warmful host and a brilliant cook. She was really patient to explain how to make the Ravioli step by step and the end result was really delicious. We higly appreciate that she mostly used ingredients from her garden or the local region which gave the meal a special flavour. We can highly recommand to attend a cooking lesson at Cinzia's place.

5.00We had an amazing time with Constanze and Paolo and ate amazing food. Constanze and Paolo were very welcoming hosts in their wonderful home in Trento. While Constanze speaks mainly Italien, Paolo is there ready to translate into English and German. We had a wonderful evening with just the 4 of us with great conversations and amazing food. Constanze explained us step by step how to prepare the pasta from fresh dough and the Tiramisu while she had already prepared the stuffing and sauce. They were very considered of all dietary restrictions and built the whole menu of the day just for us.

5.00It was an unforgettable experience. Much above expectations. The Constanza is her husband Paolo very friendly and didactic in explaining the process of elaborating the folders and the Tiramissu. For us (me, my wife and my two children) it was a grateful opportunity to experience this process so Italian and authentic. They took classes in English and Italian. It seemed like we were with a couple of friends who had known each other for a long time and met again. I highly recommend this experience.

5.00I did have is previously what booked with TripAdvisor but this was a unique experience. Cozy home with an Italian lady who knew a lot about cooking and Italian food. The ravioli and tiramisu were fantastic! Highly recommended for traveling alone people and families.

5.00We had a wonderful evening with Constanza and her husband. She introduced us to Italian cuisine and her husband translated everything. He could speak German very well! It didn't feel like a normal cooking class, but like a nice afternoon with old acquaintances. The food was sensational and we will definitely cook the dishes at home for our family! Many thanks to the two for the nice evening.

We not only learned a lot and plan to make these recipes for our family and friends, but also had lots of fun talking about everything from Italian cuisine, culture, traditions, politics, and more. We are so grateful to our gracious hosts and would highly recommend you spend some time with them if you are ever in or around Trento.
