1.00These are scammers. Even though we have tickets and we’ve purchased them, they say there are no tickets left. They sell you extra tickets. It's completely up to luck. The GetYourGuide office is absolutely unhelpful. They are scammers. Don't buy tickets from them if you don't want your vacation ruined.

1.00This was a great experience. Had booked tickets that timely matched a relatively pressed schedule. Tickets were cancelled due to overbooking the day before on WhatsApp.We were offered a new time on Sunday 03.05. Had to arrange refund - about 1200 enough - myself, no assistance. Been topped with that we got to know that there was free entry on 03.05, which they were to take near 1200 for from us!!!

1.00I tried multiple times to get the tickets to download to my cell phone. I even got my son in the USA to help my download the Viator app. All to no avail. And no one at the ticket box office at the Uffizi could help so we had to skip the museum. Even after protesting the charge on my Am Ex, the company swore they had sent the tickets; they sent a link which did not download three separate times I tried. So I owe them for nothing. Read the fine print! I would never use them again
