  I booked a private tour Shanghai/Wuzhen/Hangzhou/Xi’an/Beijing for a group of seven with Jenny, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Jenny was incredibly organised and attentive throughout the planning process. She even made sure a wheelchair was available for my elderly mum. Jenny was always responsive to my texts and emails, making sure all our needs were taken care of. Thanks to her attention to detail, everything ran smoothly and stress-free. I would highly recommend Jenny to anyone looking for a well-organised and personalised tour experience. Jenny took care of all our bullet train tickets arrangements and even organised a station assistant to help with our large suitcases. It made travelling between cities so much easier and removed a lot of stress. I requested particular departure time, and Jenny made sure to get the seats. The tour guides Troy (Shanghai and Wuzhen) Wisdom (Hangzhou), Sasha (X’an) and Jason (Beijing) were all fantastic. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. We were especially impressed by how much history they shared with us throughout the tour. It really brought each place to life and gave us a much deeper appreciation of China’s rich culture and heritage. Troy went above and beyond to show us hidden spot for glasses and helped my brother with translation and online order. Wisdom was so cute to make sure we board our train from hangzhou to shanghai. She even escorted us inside the train station making sure we were at the right spot to wait for our train. Sasha always made sure my elderly mum and auntie was not too tired and always checked on them. Even the driver in xian who is a woman helped my mum to wheel her heavy luggage. Jason in Beijing also made sure my elderly mum and auntie had plenty of rest. He even showed is a hidden spot for shopping. We had good bargains there, unfortunately it was our last stop otherwise we would have gone again the next day there. From the modern skyline of Shanghai, to the fascinating history of Xi’an and the iconic sights of Beijing, every destination was special in its own way. Seeing places such as the Terracotta Warriors, the Great Wall, and the Forbidden City was truly unforgettable. Everything was well organised, and we felt well looked after throughout the trip.   Peggy was an amazing guide. My daughter who is in primary school asks lots of questions and gets bored easily when she’s not interested in the topic, yet Peggy was very knowledgeable, and was so patient with my two young children. She answered all our questions and gave us a great experience of Shanghai and the places we visited. We did some shopping for some souvenirs, though we really just wanted to see different locations which we got to do. Our driver was a very professional, safe driver and made us feel at ease. Car was clean and we appreciated the comfortable 7 seater. Plenty of room. Itinerary was balanced, dumpling stop was amazing - Peggy selected a whole range of dishes for us to try and we just wish there was one of these Yangs Dumplings outlets back in Australia. Will definitely be reaching out to book another tour with you when we return to China.

  We had an awesome day in Shanghai. Our guide Peggy was amazing. We did so much in one day and were easily able to change our itinerary to suit our needs. Peggy is a local and took us to a great restaurant where locals eat. All our questions were answered easily and she knew everything about Shanghai. Thanks again it was awesome especially having a driver as Shanghai can be very busy. Highly recommended

  We had a full day flexible tour with PEGGY, who was the best tour guide ever! Perfect English! Knowledgeable, flexible, very friendly, experienced and also a geeat personality! I would recommend her very highly! Ask for Peggy and all your problems are gone! Also- the whole prebooking and booking process with Jenny was easy, fast and without any problems.

  

• Outstanding Day Tour with PERSONAL touch!!

  My wife and I picked Jenny’s Ultimate Flexible Day Tour..there are about 50 sites one can pick to customise the tour. Ours was a combination of some museums and a visit to Qibao Ancient Watertown as well. Unfortunately being a Monday, most of the Museums were closed but our fearless Guide Celine, suggested other sites to visit and they were all great. We just went with the flow and ended up doing an amazing Bund walk, visiting the ZigZag bridge and tea houses, and as well as the iconic 1933 Millfun ( all not on original itinerary). Jenny then suggested the Acrobatics Show the next day and thanks to April for looking after us for that event...simply amazing!!! Our guide for the day tour was Celine and apart from having boundless energy, she was extremely knowledgeable about Shanghai and that really made the tour. Just know so much more about Shanghai and it’s amazing history including the crazy Opium Wars! Looking forward to our next visit and will get Jenny to take us to Xian as well. Thanks Jenny, Celine and Apple. See you all soon!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
