Every day we organize safari with Quad, buggy1000cc, Monster800cc, and Jeep. Our adventure starts in the small village of Karteros, where we will have a 30-minute briefing on safety and instructions on operating ATVs. About 75% we are off-road with speeds up to 30km to 35km and 25% on-road with speeds up to 50 to 55km. We make sure that everyone returns safely to their accommodation. If you have gone quad running in other locations, this may pale in comparison. All the others were more exciting and fun. This one was nice, but nothing overally special. I felt like there was too much down time and not enough riding. We stopped at a store for about 20 minutes to get snacks. We stopped for a very subpar lunch for about an hour. We were all done, but we just sat there. We stopped for watermelon and lemonade , which were both good, but again, 20+ more minutes of downtime. We didn’t go fast which was a bummer as well. It just wasn’t exciting and any of my other quad running experiences had been. It wasn’t what I was expecting and was a little disappointing.

Aside from the pickup at the hotel (20 minutes late), everything was really great, and the tour truly delivers on its promises. In my opinion, one could generally drive a bit faster, but that also depends on the other participants of the tour.

Incredibly amazing experience! It was so much fun! ☺️👍 Fortunately, I booked through a small travel agency on-site. Later on the tour, I was the cheapest. Many booked it directly through their hotel. I paid €100 for a solo quad. Prices went up to €160 per person. Everyone just wants to make a profit. Now, about the trip: I was picked up right on time as agreed directly at my hotel in Hersonissos. We continued with the tour bus to the Safari Home Base. Everyone here was in a good mood, and good music was playing. The guides really understood themselves as entertainers. They laughed a lot, danced, and chatted. That really lightened the mood. After a brief instruction, we got started right away. I have never ridden a quad before. It took a few minutes, but then it went quite well. We drove a few meters and then had the first of about 5 stops. We explored a partisan cave. Then we continued on. Overall, a cool route. Off-road and a bit of road. So there was something for everyone. 2 stop kiosks for snacks with ice cream and soft drinks. We continued on. Then we took an off-road route through a wooded area. Suddenly, the guide pulled out a mini Uzi 😂 apparently there was a bear nearby. Don't worry, safety was always ensured. Up to the monastery in the middle of the mountain. Great panoramic photos. Afterwards, there was a lunch break included. Simple, delicious chicken souvlaki with fries, salad, and soft drinks. The last stop was a visit to the beach. Cool choice, because one could still stand up to 40 meters from the beach and there were many waves. To conclude, a few minutes back to the home base. Again, cool music and a lot of Raki 🎉😎😁😜 Finally, we were taken back home. Those who do not book it are missing out! Thanks to everyone who made it possible 😎❤️☺️

We had an amazing Jeep Safari tour in Crete and enjoyed every moment of the experience. The route took us through breathtaking landscapes, beautiful mountains, traditional villages, and stunning natural scenery that showcased the true beauty of the island. The off-road driving was exciting, well-organized, and filled with spectacular viewpoints along the way. We also enjoyed delicious local food, giving us a great opportunity to experience authentic Cretan cuisine and hospitality. A special thank you to Ahmed, Angelo, and Slavio for their outstanding service, kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail throughout the day. Their positive attitude and dedication made the trip both fun and unforgettable. A special mention goes to Ahmed, who can also provide translation and guidance in French, while additional language options such as English, German, and others are available, making the tour accessible and enjoyable for visitors from many different countries. We highly recommend this Jeep Safari tour to anyone visiting Crete. If you’re looking for incredible scenery, great food, an exciting adventure, and a fantastic team, this is an experience you shouldn’t miss!
