5.00We were staying in Tucson on vacation, and looking for something fun to do. I found Cozymeal and Chef Linda while doing a search, and decided to try them out. We spent a fun evening learning some French cuisine techniques, proper knife technique, and lots of history and trivia. Chef Linda was a wealth of knowledge, and explained things in a way were were unlikely to forget. We had such a fun time, and had a delicious meal in the end!

5.00What an absolutely delightful evening this turned out to be! Our chef was wonderful, patient, and clearly passionate about helping everyone learn. We were joined by a second couple which made the whole experience even more social. We started with blistered Shishito peppers as a light starter, then moved through the art of making the perfect sushi rice, slicing fish, and rolling California rolls, spicy tuna towers, nigiri, and sashimi. The vibe was warm and welcoming, and the whole class was hands-on in a way that kept it fun and creative. We are definitely going to order a sushi kit and replicating the techniques at home!
