Our journey begins with a warm welcome as we gather to connect with one another, creating a supportive and safe zone. Together, we will set our personal intentions for the evening, grounding ourselves in the present moment and opening our hearts to the experience ahead. As the sun begins its descent, we'll enjoy the breathtaking views of the desert and mountains while learning about the spiritual significance of this beautiful area. Next, we'll move through a series of restorative yoga postures designed to help the body settle and release tension. We will engage in breathwork exercises to calm the mind and center our thoughts. As twilight turns to night, we will transition into a blissful hour of Yoga Nidra Meditation, guided by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, vocal toning, tongue drum, and chimes. This profound combination of deep relaxation and sound healing will transport you to a state of inner tranquility and rejuvenation. After the sound healing session, take some time to gaze at the stars, reflecting on the vastness of the universe and your place within it. At the end, we will share our experiences and reconnect with our intentions.

5.00Michelle gave us an absolutely unforgettable experience. She is a beautiful soul - thoughtful, intentional, and incredibly well-prepared in curating every aspect of the evening. The sound bath felt like a complete reset for the mind, body, and spirit - deeply grounding, restorative, and elemental. The sweeping desert landscape and nearby hills created a serene and magical setting that made the experience feel truly unique. It was the perfect blend of tranquility, connection, and presence. Highly recommend.

5.00This was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. It was so peaceful and Michelle made us all feel right at home. The sunset was beautiful and the meditation matched it perfectly. The group size was perfect and just a beautiful way to spend time in Arizona. Highly recommend!

5.00This yoga and sound bath experience in the Arizona desert is absolutely unforgettable!! The class was calming, grounding, and perfectly guided. Practicing as the sun set over the desert made it feel truly magical. The sound bath was the highlight—soothing vibrations from the crystal bowls and the majestic harp washed over us as the desert sky turned shades of gold and pink. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and connected. An incredible experience I’d recommend to a friend, a stranger or anyone looking for a unique outdoor experience.
